You can delete your nary says account and all associated data in two ways:
In the app: Open the app, tap Profile, then tap Delete Account. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
By email: Email support@narysays.com from the address on your account. We'll delete your account and all data within 30 days — no need to reinstall the app.
What gets deleted: your profile, sign-in info, outfit checks, roasts, uploaded photos, Style DNA, and subscription records. Cancel active subscriptions separately in the App Store or Google Play.
What we may keep: billing records as required by applicable law and anonymized usage data that can't be tied back to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app, tap Profile, then tap Manage Subscription. This takes you to your device's subscription settings where you can cancel.
Why was my outfit feedback off?
Lighting, angle, and camera quality affect what Nary sees. Try a well-lit photo from a few steps back showing your full outfit. If it's still off, email us with the result and we'll take a look.
Is Roast Mode mean?
Roast Mode is satirical critique of the outfit, never the person. It has built-in safeguards against body comments and offensive language. If you ever see something cross the line, please let us know.
